89 Points | International Wine Cellar , November/December 2010
($35; 14% alcohol, 43 g/l r.s. and 4.9 acidity) Bright pale yellow. Exotic orange blossom, curry powder, spices, wild herbs and a whiff of earth on the nose. Fat, rich and very sweet, with fairly low acidity but the fruit to handle its alcohol. This concentrated, gently styled gew u rztraminer is broad and full without being heavy. The ripe, juicy acidity nicely extends the fruit, but this doesn't have quite the grip for an outstanding rating.
