($26) Full yellow. Highly aromatic nose combines cured meats, pepper and cinnamon. Fat, quite sweet and plush, with enough inner-mouth spice and medicinal herb flavors to handle its alcohol. An intriguing meaty nuance adds interest. This big boy finishes clean, with less obvious sweetness than the mid-palate is showing.
