Medium green-yellow. Ripe soft pear on the nose, complicated by notes of white pepper, grapefruit and blossom honey. The wine's intensity builds steadily on the full-bodied palate, which shows an elegant, satin-like texture. Acidity is nicely bedded in the soft fruit. Pepper and apple linger long on the finish. Drink now to 2021.
