Medium green-yellow. Varietally accurate aromas of crisp apple, grapefruit and pepper. Compact and juicy, with sweet apple flavor nicely framed by vibrant acidity and peppery spice. Lingers nicely on the finish. This is a very versatile wine at the table and will pair wonderfully with vegetable dishes.
