Medium green-yellow. Subtle lentil and celery combine with apple, pear and pepper on the nose. Similarly complex on the full-bodied palate, where well-integrated, vivacious acidity gives the wine a juicy quality. Finishes with a nearly salty minerality. Drink now to 2019.
