Light gold. Perfumed, complex nose evokes musky pear skin, nectarine and dried fig, with complicating notes of truffle, iodine and toasted grain. Sappy and fresh in the mouth, with bracing acidity lifting and focusing the orchard and pit fruit flavors. The bright, spicy finish repeats the fig and toast notes and shows excellent persistence.
