90 Points | International Wine Cellar , January 2012

(80% grenache and 10% mourvedre, with syrah, counoise and cinsault):  Vivid ruby.  Pungent aromas of red and dark berry skin, lavender and anise, with a spicy overtone.  Blackberry and bitter cherry flavors show good depth and energy, with no rough edges and a late note of tangy minerality.  Finishes sweet and with with very good persistence, repeating the dark berry note.
