Light straw-yellow.  Expressive aromas of yellow apple, honeysuckle and chalk dust.  Broad and pliant but adamantly dry, offering flavors of lemon curd, orchard fruits and fresh herbs, along with a hint of pineapple.  Finishes firm and persistent, with a spicy nuance and good cling.
