Penultimate Pennsauken Offering

It's rare to find a Cotes du Rhone that matches with a ribeye as well as lamb. Somehow, this beauty achieves a light attack on the tongue yet gives the impression of originating from dark soil composition. I find that friends enjoy the taste when they are more accustomed to Cabernet. Maybe it's the deep color and very easy finish.

Very nice wine. Not too complex, can be enjoyed by itself and is very good with food. Had it with coq au vin and it seemed a perfect pair. Nice bouquet, balanced fruit with a hint of pepper. Nice finish. Just very pleasant to have in a glass, could drink it every day and will for a while as I stocked up. Good value.
