($45) Pale golden yellow. Musky aromas of tropical fruits and pink grapefruit. Luscious apricot fruit is balanced and lifted by bright acidity. More dense than elegant on the nonetheless subtle finish. A lovely drink, but not as pristine or spicy as the Juffer-Sonnenuhr.
