($91; auction wine) Pale golden yellow. Subtle aromas of tangerine and lemon oil, with a hint of clove. Light in weight but with creamy depth to its flavors of tart apple, refreshing salts and hazelnut. A graceful rather than overly sweet auslese, with appealing minerality on the long finish.
