($50; for 375 ml.) Rich golden yellow. Very rich aromas of yellow plum, honeysuckle and cinnamon with an overlay of spicy botrytis. Musky peach jam and a subtle minerality animate the brilliantly delineated palate. The dense, juicy, very long finish is marked by a refined spiciness.
