($74; all whole-cluster fermented) Vivid red. High-pitched aromas of raspberry, Asian spices and black pepper. Spicy and precise, offering fresh red fruit and blood orange flavors and a silky texture. Nicely delineated, in a Burgundian fashion, with very good finishing clarity and lingering florality and smokiness. The fruit for this wine came from La Vialliere.
