Vivid ruby.  Complex bouquet evokes ripe red and dark berries, violet and musky herbs.  Becomes more floral with air and shows very good intensity to the raspberry and cherry compote flavors.  The floral quality comes back on the finish, which clings with impressive tenacity and lingering sappiness.
