(70% grenache, 15% cinsault, 14% syrah and 1% mourvedre, all raised in foudres): Deep ruby. Intense aromas of black raspberry, mulberry and violet, with an exotic note of apricot and slow-mounting spiciness. Stains the palate with vibrant, seamless red and dark berry preserve flavors. Smoothly blends richness and vivacity and finishes with excellent cut and spicy persistence.
