(70% grenache and 30% syrah):  Deep ruby.  Very fresh, perfumed aromas of black and blue fruits and licorice, with a floral topnote.  Sweet, round and seamless, with good energetic lift to its blackberry and bitter cherry flavors.  The smooth finish displays lingering spiciness and impressive persistence.
