Pale bright yellow.  Aromas of lime, gooseberry, ginger and white pepper, along with a raw herbal note.  Rich, ripe and intense, with harmonious acidity giving shape to the grapefruit, lime and pepper flavors.  Really classic Marlborough sauvignon with a juicy whiplash of a finish.
