Opaque ruby.  Peppery black raspberry and cherry-cola aromas are complemented by smoke and spicecake nuances.  Juicy red and dark fruit flavors take a slight jammy turn with air but maintain freshness and clarity.  Showing a lot of red fruit for a McLaren Vale shiraz.  Finishes sweet, with very good cut and spicy persistence.
