Wonderfully lush and sweet on entry, then spicy and energetic in the mid-palate, showing compelling depth and concentration to its blackberry, cassis and floral pastille flavors. Finishes smooth and very long, with lingering spicy sweetness and gentle, harmonious tannins. (JR)
