Deep ruby.  Expressive aromas of raspberry, candied cherry, dried flowers and spicecake, with an intense mineral overtone.  Creamy and sweet, offering energetic red berry and bitter cherry flavors, an exotic rose pastille quality and a strong impression of umami-like saltiness.  Presents a fat-free red fruit expression and hints of herbs and minerality on the long, precise finish.
