Deep ruby.  Fresh red fruits and flowers on the nose and in the mouth.  Gains spiciness with air and shows a silky, pliant texture.  Finishes on a sweet raspberry note, with refreshing spiciness and good persistence.  This is ridiculously easy to drink and would work with light or rich red meat dishes.
