(11% alcohol) Bright straw-gold. Roasted aromas of smoky pineapple, rose, lichee and cinnamon. Then brightly floral in the mouth, with harmonious acids providing great lift and precision to the pineapple and spicy papaya flavors. Finishes sweet and honeyed, but also tangy, bright and very long. Impressive and wonderfully balanced, thanks to its bright acidity: this dances on the palate while remaining a honeyed, very rich and concentrated dessert wine.
