Medium green-yellow. Ripe apple on the nose, along with hints of honey, green peppercorn, and mountain stream pebbles. Green apple and lemon fruit flavors are nicely framed by a crisp acid structure. This medium-bodied wine will make a refreshing accompaniment to light vegetable starters. Drink now to 2014.
