Pale green-yellow. Green apple, pear and subtle peppery spice along with a trace of wet stream pebbles on the nose. Yellow currant and grapefruit are framed harmoniously by crisp acidity, and persist nicely on the moderately long finish. This will offer a refreshing drink to 2017.
