Medium green-yellow. Multifaceted bouquet features apple, cantaloupe, lemon thyme and chamomile, along with a touch of white pepper. Fairly full-bodied but with racy lemony acidity lending a refreshing structure and elegantly highlighting the apple and melon flavors. The intense finish exhibits delicate lemon and sweet green mango notes and abundant crushed-stone minerality. Drink to 2019.
