Medium yellow. Inviting, complex aromas of lemon thyme, orange cordial, marshmallow root and greengage plum. Sweet herbs and citrus fruit saturate the palate, with a muscular sense of power brooding beneath the surface. The very long finish features a lovely balance of sweetness and acidity. This still needs time to evolve and will offer superb enjoyment from 2015 to 2025.
