(100% garnacha): Light, lurid red. Spicy strawberry and raspberry aromas are fresh and expansive. Energetic red fruit flavors gain depth with air and pick up a note of bitter blood orange. Appealingly sweet and sappy, with good finishing clarity and length. Importer Jorge Ordonez suggests serving this wine with La Peral, a blue cheese from the northern Asturias region of Spain that's made from a mix of cow and sheep milk.
