Medium green-yellow. White apple and quince aromas are nicely interwoven with delicate walnut, cardamom and tobacco nuances. Then much more powerful and intense in the mouth than the nose suggests, with the quince and apple fruit flavors laced with honey and salted almond. Full-bodied and voluptuous wine but given verve by vibrant acidity. This mesmerizing wine offers excellent aging potential. Drink 2012 to 2019.
