(35) Light, bright gold.  High-pitched aromas of lemon zest, quince, jasmine and minerals, with a hint of white pepper.  Tangy and precise, with deep but energetic citrus and floral flavors underscored by intense minerality.  Gains weight and flesh with air but with no loss of vibrancy, finishing with excellent clarity and mineral-driven persistence.
