(barrel-fermented):  Aromas of melon, grapefruit and flowers, complicated by minerals and toast.  Supple and lightly saline, with an umami richness of texture to the ripe flavors of peach, pear and flowers.  Mellow acidity accentuates the wine's leesy opulence.  Finishes with good persistence.
