(37% syrah, 21% mourvedre, 18% carignan, 10% petite sirah, 10% grenache and 4% tannat):  Good deep red.  Musky, rather low-toned aromas of plum, spices, tobacco and pepper.  Silky and seamless in the mouth, with ripe flavors of dark berries, smoke and spices.  Finishes with a smooth dusting of slightly edgy tannins, some nutty oak and good length.
