87-90 Points | International Wine Cellar , August 2011

Bright, pale golden yellow. Perfumed, refined aromas of lemon, dried apricot, ginger and minerals. Fresh and focused on the palate, showing precise flavors of honeyed peach, vanilla and lemon custard. Finishes long, with a tannic quality resulting in mounting dryness. This could use a bit more sweetness and concentration for a higher score, but if the tannins resolve fully, it should turn out to be one of the better de Malles in recent memory.
