Bright deep red with ruby highlights.  Crushed raspberry and wild strawberry aromas accented by spices and licorice.  Silky, pliant, lively pinot with intriguing smoky soil complexity to the tangy red berry flavors.  Well-delineated, youthful, nicely balanced wine with firm tannins and sneaky rising length.
