Bright gold.  Leesy, mineral-accented pear skin, peach and smoked meat aromas expand with air, picking up pungent floral and iodine qualities.  Sappy, deeply concentrated orchard fruit and melon flavors are brightened by zesty minerality, which adds focus and grip to the back end.  Smoothly blends power and finesse, finishing with outstanding thrust and smoky persistence.
