Glass-staining ruby.  Highly complex bouquet evokes dark berry preserves, incense, vanilla and smoky herbs, with slow-building florality.  Sappy and broad, with deep black and blue fruit flavors given spine by juicy acidity.  Finishes bright and long, with excellent clarity and lingering spiciness.  This wine will drink well young
