87-90 Points | International Wine Cellar , May/June 2011

(65% merlot and 35% cabernet franc) Dark ruby. D ark aromas of cassis, ripe plum, truffle and coffee. Bright and dense, this rather muscular Pensees displays rich flavors of ripe blackberry, coffee and cocoa. Big and impressive but this is currently a bit too chunky for my taste. Finishes with silky tannins and good length though.
