Light yellow.  Honeydew and tangerine aromas, along with floral and ginger nuances.  Juicy, spicy and high-pitched on the palate, with brisk flavors of citrus zest, melon and fresh herbs.  Finishes slightly dry, with refreshing bite and spicy persistence.
