Hazy yellow-gold.  Apricot nectar, apple and poached pear on the nose, complicated by herbs and smoky minerals. Then shockingly fresh and juicy in the mouth, with lively suggestions of lemon curd and chalky minerals enlivening the ripe pit fruit flavors.  The lemon note repeats on the long, smooth finish, which features a note of bitter herbs and a smoky nuance.
