Bright gold.  Exotic, intensely perfumed bouquet of pear skin, agave and chamomile, with a saline overlay.  Mineral-accented, pungent orchard fruit flavors show very good depth and focus, with dusty herb and floral qualities and a note of licorice.  This uncompromising chardonnay is about much more than just fruit.  Finishes long and chewy, with the salty note repeating.
