Inky purple.  Deep, seductive aromas of dark berry preserves, mocha, cherry-cola, licorice and violet.  Lush and creamy on the palate, offering intense blackberry and blueberry flavors, big but harmonious tannins and slow-building spiciness.  The blueberry note lingers on the long, gently spicy finish.  This is extremely alluring and seamless for the variety, showing zero rough edges.
