Bright red. Showing more cherry and dark fruit character than the Kiser En Haut, but there's very good to this wine, too. Opens more slowly than the En Haut, offering spicy cherry and black raspberry flavors and notes of cocoa powder and anise. Sappy, penetrating and pure, with excellent finishing cut and slow-building tannins. I like this wine's blend of power, tension and vivacity.
