Bright yellow. Pungent aromas of lemon curd, pear skin, iodine and chamomile. Sappy, penetrating orchard fruit flavors are energized by zesty citrus notes and show a distinctly spicy character. Deep but animated, finishing with very good clarity and lingering spiciness. These grapes were harvested at a low 22 degrees Brix.
