Good full red-ruby.  Deep aromas of cassis, black raspberry, musky tobacco, coffee and smoky oak.  More backward and less sweet than the Synchrony, with dense black cherry and dark berry flavors currently dominated by the wine's structure.  Intensely flavored and long but youthfully brooding and in need of patience.
