Subtle aromas of apricot, apple, crystallized lemon peel and toasty charred oak.  Juicy, savory and extremely young, with brisk citrus flavors dominating.  Finishes tight and pure, with a tactile flavor of citrus zest.  I'd forget about this chardonnay for five years.  (As long-time fans of the Littorai wines know, Lemon does not believe in lees stirring:  "California chardonnay has enough richness as it is," he explained.)
