Full, bright red.  Redcurrant and pomegranate on the nose, with complicating notes of white pepper and rose.  More wound-up than the Estate bottling, hinting at slow-to-open red berry and spice flavors and a strong undercurrent of minerals.  Gains flesh with air but this is a baby.  Finishes firm, focused and very persistent.
