Pale yellow.  Sharply focused aromas of lime, pink grapefruit and lemongrass, with a subtle floral overtone. Racy and spicy on the palate, accented by an array of citrus and underripe orchard fruit flavors and a deeper note of honeydew.  This very suave sauvignon finishes with excellent clarity and sappy persistence.
