Good bright, deep ruby.  Vibrant aromas of black raspberry, minerals and peppery spices.  Dense and superrich, showing a distinctly saline element to its chewy flavors of cassis, blueberry, mocha, bitter chocolate and licorice.  A bit less obviously creamy than some of the richest 2010 Pomerols but this wine boasts very good ripe acidity and excellent grip.  Big, ripe tannins give it the structure for mid-term aging.
