(100% sauvignon blanc):  Light, bright gold.  Pungent aromas of lemon and orange zest, herbs and spices.  Fleshy and smooth, offering juicy citrus and apple flavors with a gentle herbal undertone.  The finish repeats the herbal note and lingers with good energy.  This will be very flexible at the table.
