Deep ruby.  Cherry-cola, mulberry, licorice and violet on the mineral-accented nose.  Juicy, penetrating dark fruit flavors are lifted by a zesty mineral quality and gain sweetness with air.  Plays power off of vivacity smoothly and finishes with excellent clarity and lingering sweetness.  I suspect that this will age nicely on its balance.
