(a blend of macabeo, xarel-lo, parellada and monastrell):  Pale pink.  A suave, complex bouquet evokes fresh red berries, jasmine, Asian spices and mint.  Bright and lively on the palate, with very good clarity to its strawberry and blood orange flavors.  Shows good power and focus on the finish, which lingers with impressive tenacity.  This impressively lithe Cava shows rare elegance for the category and it is also an amazing value for its quality.
